1. Unable to connect network

The machine is not connected to the network

  • a. Check whether the distribution network model you selected in the app is consistent with the actual model.
  • b. WIFI password must be entered correctly
  • c. 2.4G wifi network ONLY
  • d. Check if your router is dual-band router. If it is a dual-band router, you need to check your routers settings to switch off the dual-band option to separate 2.4G and 5G networks. After successfully switching off the dual-band, please try to connect the 2.4G network to the Robot again.
  • e. Check if the router is blacklisted
  • f. Please confirm that your distribution network operation steps are correct.
  • g. Restart the robot and try connecting again.
2. Robot is not returning to charging base

The charging station has to  placed against the wall, each side is 0.5 meters, and there is no obstacle in the front 1.5 meters. Away from signal interference, such as router TVs,mirrors, windows, etc.

Find the charging station can not be connected to charge.

Clean the charging pins of the robot and the charging station with dry cloth. Make sure the side brushes installed correctly.(yellow is left and blue is right)

How long does a Amrobt 350 robot takes to charge? Also for 350 Pro and 380?

It depends on the charging condition such as temperatures, interface and so on, but it takes 4-5 hours to get fully charged under an experiment condition.

A full charged Amrobt 350 runs 120 minutes in the mode of Auto. 350 Pro and 380 runs 90-120 mins.

3.The robot have a cliff sensor, Why is it that it will fall off the stairs?

The cliff sensors contaminated, turn the machine over and wipe the cliff sensors of the robot bottom and restart.

4.How to clean the sensors?

Clean the sensor eyes (glass or clear plastic cover) with a soft rag and warm, soapy water. Don’t use glass cleaners, bleach or detergent as it may damage the lens.

5. The robot does not collect dirt or garbage?
The dustbin filter is maybe block. Remove the dustbin and check if it is block. (High-efficiency filter has a service life about one months)
6. The schedule timing does not leave for cleaning?
Make sure that the clock time and the schedule time are all setting successfully. Don’t turn the power switch off when the schedule time was sited, otherwise the schedule time will lost.
7.How do I cancel the scheduled cleaning?
Way1:Through step 1 and step 2, set schedule time into 00:00
Way2:Power off the robot. The Cleaning Schedule process cancel automatically.
8. The robot in circles around one direction?
  • The wheels maybe blocked with hair, clean it with tools. (if there is still the phenomenon, please contact our after-sales service team).
  • The robot cleans in a small area and change direction frequently.
  • The machine nose wheel is blocked with objects. Remove the nose wheel and cleaning.
9. Working with loudly noise?
Clean the main brush, side brush, dustbin and filter, reassembly and observe. (If the dustbin has been washed, please make sure it dry completely before using it).

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Currently, tracking numbers are sent automatically when your order ships to the email address you provided on your order.
